The Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity presented the Pi Kappa Alpha 5K Run for a Cure. The race took place April 10th at Wickham Park starting at 7:30 am. This was our first year for the event and we are planning for an even larger turnout next year. Running Zone Race Management provided the timing and operations for our event. We had close to 145 runners of all ages come out to participate. With there help we were able to make a sizeable donation to the American Cancer Society. We would like to ask your consideration to participate as a sponsor in next year's Pi Kappa Alpha 5K Run for a Cure to raise money for the American Cancer Society.

Recruitment is once again upon us and the brothers are gearing up to recruit the most best men. We invite all alumni, friends, and interested parties to attend any and all of our rush events. For the fourth straight year the Zeta Sigma Chapter's intramural sports teams have brought home a Clemente Cup. This award is handed out for the team with the most points accumulated at the end of the season. We have won every Clemente Cup since its inception in 2006.

The Great Northern Pike gathering was a success again this year thanks to Joe Caruso and other fellow Alumni. Our hats go off to Brother Jim Hughes who at this meeting was awarded a well earned and highly deserved Ozzie Award for his SIX years of service collecting, videoing, editing, producing and distributing great videos and collections of pictures of our memories together. Thanks for all you have done Jim! We had 24 guys show up this weekend - great attendance, especially when you consider that this did not mark a major anniversary/milestone in our ZS history! That speaks volumes about the strength of the bonds that tie us together and everyone's desire to reunite and celebrate in friendship, love and truth. -Carlos Cueto

The downstairs bathroom renovation is now complete. Thanks to all of the alumni donations House Corp was able to have the entire bathroom gutted, the mold issues handled, all of the fixtures replaced, and the bathroom tiled from floor to ceiling for easy maintenance. A special thank you goes out to Kevin Menard, the newest member of house corp, who headed up this project.
